OCEAN VIEW & OCEANFRONT - Your first floor condo at Sunbird Beach Resort features a comfy one-bedroom condo with a king size bed and sits on the Gulf, with the most amazing views. After a day in the sun enjoying the pristine, private beach, take a refreshing dip in one of the three Gulf-front pools (including a seasonally heated pool), then play a game of tennis, racquetball or shuffleboard...the fun never stops!

These prices are NOT included in the booking price. - There`s not a washer & dryer in the condo; however there is a paid laundromat on the 1st floor.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, beach access, front desk, etc. are managed by Sunbird Beach Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.

The condo was the most convenient for parking and beach access. The property was quiet and secure. The decor was a colorful beachy vibe. The space was surprisingly large and well furnished. 106E is a very nice condo and we had a great stay!
