Great location and house met our needs for our weekend visit. Hot days and AC was perfect. Communication was great and everything was as expected.

This property was conveniently located near the places we wanted to visit. It was in a relatively quite neighborhood and felt safe. We were able to cook breakfast there each day, which saved us money on food for the trip. The beds were comfortable and there were nice rocking chairs on the front porch as well as a small sitting area in the back yard. We also used the washer and dryer during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Potential to be great but disappointing. Goose Creek is a fine area. On check-in day we received messages about a damaged bed & previous tenants being extra hard on the house…but it was left to us to deal with. Kids room fan/light was so fragile we couldn’t use for fear of it falling. We managed with the bed but all they had to do was get new slats before our arrival. Trash outside was overflowing upon arrival & full of flies…we refused to take it out because we knew there would be maggots, and there were. Owners came & got the overflow but the trash was still full & had maggots still in the trash after pick up. There were blunts and cigarette butts on the porch & around the driveway. Windowsills had so much dirt & dust that you couldn’t even see them. The vents & fans were disgustingly dirty. The house was full of flies to the point we bought fly catchers to deal with it. Dishes had crusted food on them. The oven needed cleaned inside before we cooked anything & there wasn’t even a cookie sheet. The water pressure was not great either & kept changing. Honestly, our first hours there were spent cleaning. If it were clean, it would have been better. 10 if they did a deep clean & repainted the walls & updated furniture (you will sink into the dining room chairs as there is no cushion & just fabric on a frame). We expect the furniture & walls to be in used condition so that wasn’t a big deal. The lack of cleanliness put a damper on the stay for sure. We have pics to validate.
