The Summit is a great place to stay in PCB. A little older, but very well maintained. This condo was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well furnished. Great place for a family vacay!

The beach view was amazing, they even had some beach gear in the room for us along with some sand toys for the kids

Hardly any water pressure in kitchen, toilets wouldn't flush, shower knob isn't properly working (if not carefully adjusted you'll be scolded by hot water) master bed broke our 2nd to last night. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher up on arrival. Elevators were slow and broke down half the time.
