Our family recently stayed at this Hamilton Cove condo. The location & views are beautiful,having access to a golf cart is a huge plus. The property manager, Amber, was very nice&professional on the phone when communicating with us.However, the condo itself is in need of some maintenance&updating. During our stay, we noticed visible signs of past leaks on the ceiling, a window that wouldn't open or close properly, missing window treatments, and loose knobs falling off the fixtures. The bathrooms in particular are ready for some attention.Potential guests should also be aware of some strict condo limitations. The property enforces a zero-visitor policy. Even though we paid for 6 guests, we were informed that absolutely no outside family members (even those staying in neighboring condos) were allowed in the condo, which put a damper on our family plans.Additionally, we found the villa short on basic essentials. It was initially stocked with only 4 bath and beach towels for 6 paid guests. While Amber did kindly arrange to send more over, the initial response was unexpected (we should bring towels). There were also no basic cleaning supplies provided:no countertop spray or even a broom to sweep up daily.We did have an initial misunderstanding regarding golf cart capacity rules, which Amber promptly and politely called us about, and we immediately corrected it.

One of the BEST places I've stayed via VRBO/AirBB. Amber was quick to respond and very cordial. She was VERY detailed. She laid out everything in advance of what was expected and even a book of places to go. The view is....breathtaking. I'm from Ohio. We would just sit outside and watch the waves. The golf cart was a super nice addition. I was so glad we didn't have to wait in line to rent one. The cart was definitely older and struggled with all 6 people on it. However, I won't complain! It did the job. As someone with two small children there, we did have to figure out a way to keep the kids from possibly walking onto the balcony at night. We figured out a way to move some furniture and make it work, so we all felt safe. I would be back here in a heartbeat. We had come from a very well known hotel before this and ran into issue after issue. Not here! Thank you Amber for the wonderful stay!

What a property and location - what a view! Easy access to the pool and hot tub, and other Hamilton Cove amenities but just enough away from town to feel remote. Beach Club is just around the corner.

The VIEWS are stunning! The unit was comfortable with comfy furniture nicely oriented to the ocean views. The patio furniture was nice, but a few chaise lounge chairs would be ideal. Our unit came with a 6 pax golf cart which was nice. Be prepared, it does get cold on cooler nights coming back from town so bring extra layers. The cart isn't fully enclosed by canvas as several of the zippers are broken. LOCATION - I felt rather misled by the listing as it is almost completely reliant upon golf cart transportation. The VRBO listing states that town is a 15 min walk. Not the case, it is at least a 35-40 min walk from the unit to town. It is very hilly so you will be going up/down some steep hills to get from the unit to town. We were with our two kids (17 and 20) and had planned to allow them to drive the cart and have their own space while we walked into town. When we got to the unit, there was a sign that you must be 21 to drive the golf cart. I wish they had been UPFRONT about that rule in the listing, we would've stayed in town. Others issues for us - the only outlet in the primary bathroom didn't work so we had to blow dry hair, etc. in other mirrors around the house. We also ran out of toilet paper on the 2nd night. There was not one extra roll left in the vanities/cupboards and we looked EVERYWHERE. They say they left 5, not true. We had to go to the gym for a few extra squares. They delivered more in the morning. Also, the unit is up 70 stairs! Be prepared w/ luggage.
