Great place and location, newly remodeled and spacious for large groups. The property is great, only thing to watch out for is coming in at low tide because the channel is rocky and gets very shallow but otherwise it’s easy to get in and out.

Great vacation rental in Crystal River! The location was perfect and the house appeared freshly renovated and like new. Extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book again.

We loved our stay! The house is located in an ideal location. It is a quick paddle out to see manatees and other wildlife. We are an active family and appreciated the outdoor spaces; use of SUP/kayaks; and the walkability to 3 Sisters (1 mile) and dinner out (1/2 mile). The home is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this space to enjoy Crystal River!

House was also amazing. The house was very clean and nice. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being right on the water! Kayaking from the dock at the house was so nice. We loved playing games around the big kitchen bar. We made so many family memories. We absolutely loved staying here! We definitely will stay here again!
