Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Everything was great. As other reviews suggest, the property in general reflects design choices from the early 2000s and undergoes the normal wear and tear of any commercial property. Having two full baths and a kitchen were well worthwhile. The balcony views were excellent as was the restaurant in Tower 2. Nice to have Starbucks in Tower 1. The MGM itself is an easy 10 minute walk with moving walkways to help. Check-in and all the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable and communication with the property management company was easy. They checked on us regularly and, given the length of our stay, even reminded us that we were eligible for a "refresh" or the room and supplies (basically, a full cleaning of the room)!. We recommend this unit or others managed by the same manager and will return.
