The kitchen is nicely stocked with all that you need for preparing wonderful meals and also extra items like a waffle maker, Keurig and drip coffee machine, and a beverage/wine fridge. The custom-made dining room table seats 12 while the large kitchen island allows for plenty of room to prepare food and be together. In the living room, you will find a 70-inch smart TV and every bedroom also boasts smart TVs so you can stream all of your favorite shows. This is a keyless entry home.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
