Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking. It is charged per stay and is in addition to any fees collected by Signature Destinations LLC. Currently, the fee is $37.00 per vehicle and is subject to change. After booking, you will receive a link to pay directly on the HOA website.
