My family and I loved this. It was perfectly located and we could easily walk to the beach. 100% recommend! We will look to rebook this location in the future.

The location of the property is fantastic. Walk to grocery and restaurants within a block or less. Enjoy the beach’s beauty even during bad weather from the comfort of your couch or bed. Street noise is a bit loud if sitting on balcony.
The unit was not cleaned well upon our arrival. The floors were filthy. My husband took his shoes off at the door and a short while later his feet were black from the dirty tile floor. The dryer had wet rugs in it. The a/c filter was filthy. We offered to replace, but they sent a maintenance person the next morning to replace.
The washing machine had very smelly beads in it that we never were able to get out. We are all sensitive to those types of detergents and smells. We had to rewash all our clothes when we got home because even after cleaning the washer the smell still permeated our clothes. The dryer is very noisy and takes in moisture from outside. If you don’t grab your clothes as soon as it finishes they will be damp when you come back to them.
The beds are not the most comfortable. The master is very hard and the others are very soft.
The unit contained plenty of towels, beach accessories and comfortable living room furniture. One TV in the entire unit. At least one TV upstairs would be nice.
Overall this could be a great unit with a little bit of TLC and a deep clean. We loved the location and convenience.
