NEW Spacious 7BD/6BA Zion Village Luxury Rental sleeps up to 32 and is perfect for Zion National Park lodging. The townhome is just minutes from local shopping and dining. Amenities include 8 flat-screen TVs, Xbox One consoles, giant Connect Four, corn hole, ping pong table, and meal seating for up to 26. The community facility has a workout area, the LARGEST private resort pool in the state of Utah, a hot tub, children's waterpark, and a lazy river, all open year-round.
Every detail thought out, spacious and gorgeous. This home is made to accommodate your entire group with sleeping arrangements for up to 30 people with 7 private bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms. The unit offers a fully functional kitchen, a patio off the kitchen with additional table and grill and an upstairs patio for you to relax on, 8 flat-screen TVs, hi-speed WiFi, Xbox Ones, Ping Pong, and corn hole.
Included at no additional cost, Zion Village Resort has incredible amenities including a Pickleball and basketball court, the LARGEST private resort pool in the state of Utah with a lazy river, fire pits, spa, splash pad, slide, and BBQ area. Also a beautiful clubhouse with 1st class fitness equipment and a game area with a foosball and pool table. The pool & all amenities are open 365 days a year from 9 am to 10 pm. The fitness center can be accessed at any time (early morning, late evening, etc.) with the fob key.
Inside the home, the DOWNSTAIRS GATHERING AREA includes 3 leather sofas and a chair along with a 75” large screen TV and an XboxOne gaming console with all your favorite games.
The KITCHEN area has an abundance of seating with a large island that seats 4 people, a beautiful dining table with 12 chairs, and an outside patio table with 2 benches seating a total of 8 people along with a small children’s table that can seat 6 for a total of 30. If you need more, an additional table and chairs are stored in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, cups, silverware, pots, pans, skillets, storage containers, crockpot, food processor, salad bowls, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, hand mixer, casserole dishes, pancake griddle, waffle maker, Ninja blender, George Foreman grill, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, knives, cutting boards, dish towels, outside BBQ with tools, children's high chair & more.
The downstairs PATIO is just off the kitchen and has a Weber grill, outside table with benches and grassy area. Also, at the clubhouse, by the pool area, is a fabulous shaded outside area with several grills and tables for your use, if you want to grill and eat at the pool.
The GARAGE has an ADDITIONAL full-size refrigerator/freezer, a ping pong table, a corn hole set, a jumbo Connect Four game, along with lots of pool toys-Pool Petz and pool games to enjoy in the community pool, lazy river, fire pits, spa, splash pad, and slide.

The property was great for our family reunion with a large gathering space for meals, activities and visiting. The kitchen was well stocked. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. We wondered if substitute housekeepers had prepared the condo. The place didn’t feel cared for. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were low or empty, the carpets were very dirty and blankets were stained and dirty. The ping pong paddles were cheap plastic. Our host was very responsive when we contacted her. It could be a 5-star if it were better cared for.

This is our 3rd time to stay here. Love the house as it it’s very spacious, convenient location, comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. The kids as well as the adults like the lazy river and pool. Also the ping pong table was a big hit in the garage.Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back again!

The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. It was perfect for our families.

The main floor tile floors had not been cleaned, Carpet’s dirty, grill nearly started a fire it needs to be cleaned out, some of the blankets had to be washed due to them not being clean, upstairs bathroom tub would fill up with water very slow draining, ping pong table was broken and was unusable and there was no corn hole game in the garage, master bathroom shower soap dispenser was broken and wouldn’t hold any soap without falling out on the floor, lock on the master bedroom main floor siding door was broken, had people trying to get in several times in the night, glad that someone had at least put a small pipe to stop it from opening.It would be a lot nicer place if some maintenance work was put back into the property and that ping pong table and other games that were advertised worked or where there.
