BEST neighborhood in Chicago. This is the 1st real neighborhood west of all the high-rises, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the blue line. Unit is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building. The first floor is also used as an Airbnb. High quality memory foam mattress, 1000tc sheets and duvets, IN UNIT laundry, kuerig coffeemaker, microwave, stove, fridge and fully stocked kitchen. Front bedroom has a FULL SIZE bunk bed with a trundle and the back bedroom has a QUEEN size bed. Sleeps up to 6 people but really a perfect size for 4. Plenty of FREE street parking too!
Blue line is walking distance along with many bus lines. It is also very affordable to take an Uber to many sites. There is a divvy bike station right next to the Starbucks two blocks away. •Magnificent Mile 3 miles •Water Tower 2 miles •United Center 3.4 miles •Willis (Sears) Tower 3.6 miles •Soldier Field 7 miles •Wicker Park Neighborhood

The unit was as advertised. In the day when most rental units are trying to be a high-end luxury property this is welcomed for the reasonable price and delivers value. The location is safe and convenient to the surrounding restaurants and activities. The unit is in an mature building, everything worked and was clean. Parking was on street, but readily available during our extended stay.
