New luxury detached villa, fully equipped and decorated to a high standard. Garden, heated pool, BBQ area. Internally, there is a living / dining room with fireplace equipped with large 46 "plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD and mp3 player with surround sound system, hi-fi. Direct access by sliding doors leading to the garden and pool. The property includes a fantastic fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with satellite TV, 1 en suite. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside is equipped with modern furniture, with tables, chairs, loungers and sunshades to enjoy and relax during sunbathing and meals throughout the day and night. Ideally located in the central area of the resort in Albufeira, in a quiet area, yet 5 minutes walk from the centre of the famous "Strip" with numerous bars, restaurants and shops and 10 minutes walk from the famous beaches of Oura and Santa Eulalia. 10 km away from several golf courses.

A beautiful villa decorated to a very high standard throughout. The pool was large and lovely and warm and it was great to have use of the bbq. Location was great too. About a 3 min walk to supermarket and 5-10 to bars and restaurants. Uber to old town cost approx 3 and turn up within a few minutes. Great communication with host. Would happily return and highly recommend.

Our family of 7 really enjoyed this property. It had a great spacious layout and the outdoor space was beautiful. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with glass wear, pots, utensils… We were able to walk to the grocery store, beaches, bakery…. which was super convenient. A few of the other beaches and marina we visited were a quick Bolt away. This was our first visit to Portugal and won’t be our last.

We were a family of two grandparents, daughter and son in law, a 3 year old and a 2 year old. We had a wonderful time. Our host was so accomodating with every request and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend this property. It could easily sleep 8 and still have plenty of room for everyone!

We had a lovely time at this house! Everything was just as described. The pool and outdoor space is wonderful. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for two families traveling together. Communication with Claudio was quick and easy. Would highly recommend!
