The property and house were excellent and in a very nice neighborhood. I don’t have any complaints about the property or house at all.

Great location, amenities were perfect for us and a nice neighborhood. Will definitely keep this in mind for our family trips to Jacksonville!

The home was as described. It is a little worn, but it has everything a visitor would need.

House was nice. Everything was clean. Just a few things that need to be fixed. Hot tub! It’s the main draw of the title of the home but it was unusable the duration of the stay. Mentioned it to the property manager two days into the stay. They said they’d have someone look at it but that never happened. Asked about a credit because the hot tub didn’t work, but questions was avoided. There was no can opener in the home. We had to buy one. Outside of that, house was clean, beds were comfy. Would stay again if the hot tub was working.
