This house really has it all. Right on the beach, great pool that isn't direct sun all day, lots of chairs in the pool area, beautiful views of the beach and the sunset, and lots of inside space for a big group. The house had everythign we needed to cook and many thoughtful touches making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The cleaning crew did a great job, and I have no complaints. If we come back to Avon, we will stay here again!

This was such a nice vacation. House was everything it said it was, clean, beach access, hot tub & pool were great. Everyone had a great time. Any concerns or questions were promptly answered via email, fantastic host.

We stayed here in February with our dogs. (Not much is open restaurant-wise, until March.) The house was clean & beautiful with tile through out. The bathrooms and kitchen look recently updated. The kitchen has a great layout with absolutely everything you could need for a family vacay. The house was one of few with direct beach access. Do not choose this one just for the hot tub as it wasn't much jet-wise but is a nice added bonus to sit outside in. The lookout room has very steep stairs but is also a nice use of extra space. Added bonus was the locking gates on the deck to keep the doggies contained. Would definitely stay here again with the entire family!

The house is in a great location, has amazing views and the kitchen was well equipped. We cook most meals since we go during winter and we had everything we needed. The layout is great for friends or families lots of room to have your own space or come together as group. We had two issues during our stay: The first issue was check in. Our door didn't work, the help desk accidentally hung up on us two times, after multiple phone calls and texts and our contact Russ pushing remote unlock continuously the door opened. We never were able to successfully use the front door. A handyman came to fix it but never worked for us. It was fine we used the back sliders. The second and bigger issue was the crew that came to reside the house on our first full day. At 9:30am a crew of people showed up to reside the entire house. It took hours for the contacts to send out someone to stop the process. The noise was so loud! When they left half of the siding was gone, a huge tractor was in the driveway blocking one side of covered parking and the middle deck with the hot tub was left unusable We called Russ again (too many calls & texts to count) explained the situation and crew came out to clean but that crew didn't turn on the hot tub so another crew had to come out. We lost an entire day of use of the deck and hot tub. It worked but was ugly. No one offered a credit for our lost day but they did apologize. They were very nice to us but we spend a day under construction.
