Our functional and lovingly furnished vacation home is located in a small neighborhood on a short cul-de-sac, about 1.5 km outside the town of Mali Lošinj, on the slope of a hill covered with pine forest, and offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the sea. Inside, you’ll find two spacious vacation apartments (65 square meters each), each accommodating four people. The ground-floor apartment has a terrace, and the upstairs apartment has a balcony facing the sea and a smaller one facing the garden—both offering a magnificent view of the sea. Both apartments are comfortably furnished. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning! All mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, bed linens, bed runners, and towels are of high quality and often made in Germany. Some rooms have hardwood floors. Original paintings by local artists hang on the walls. The garden, which is open for your use, is home to numerous Mediterranean plants, and there’s always something in bloom. At the edge of the garden, you’ll find two private, free parking spaces.
