Welcome to Gulf 4 Shore, a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beach cottage located just one block from the Gulf waters in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This newly renovated, 640-square-foot home features upscale flooring, quartz countertops, updated furnishings, and modern decor, making it the perfect retreat for up to 6 guests—including your four-legged friends!
The Space – Sleeps 6 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, HDTV, and cozy coastal decor.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, HDTV, and ample storage.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, HDTV, and open-concept layout.
Parking: Adequate space for 3 vehicles (no parking pass required).
Dog-Friendly: If bringing a dog, guests must notify us and pay a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Two (2) dogs maximum, up to 40 lbs each. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge to your card.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: No parking passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This is such a cute little house! Super convenient to a lot of things. Plenty of room for the dog to run around. The only thing we would have loved was blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The morning light hits hard early and goes through the cracks of the blinds and made it very hard to sleep past 7am. And plushier pillows. Also, while convenient to maybe have next door, the Alvin’s island alarm was going off at night and we could hear it inside the house. The manager was quick to turn it off, but it went off again moments later. We luckily didn’t have baby aged kids.

Greatly located. So much convenience. Good fans and ac. Located next to shops and food places. Don’t even need a car. We used one to expand area for restaurants but could have done full week without one and been fine. Nice layout to place but the hidden gem is the zero gravity chairs and Adirondacks below the structure. Beach right across. Clean!!
