This is an awesome oasis in Paonia with everything you need nearby! Catalpa Cottage is a beautiful 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom newly renovated cottage with awesome views! A private space, with easy access to the deck from both the kitchen and bedroom. A fire pit area to relax and watch the sun go down and enjoy the dark skies of Paonia. Easy access, and a 10 minute walk, to Grand Avenue.

This was our second time staying in this wonderful home! Everything was so comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything needed to make a meal and we were able to relax in the living room and unwind after a great day of hiking.The deck is great for sitting out at night and star gazing! We love staying here and will definitely be back!

Great shower, nice kitchen. Pretty mountain view and nice outdoor area. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to groceries, shops, and restaurants. We were lucky enough to see an amazing display of stars and even a few meteors.

The property is charming and very comfortable! It has every little thing we needed! We hope to come back!

Road to cabin was steep but okay. Parking great for a small vehicle. We did find the bed to be incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Dogs in the neighborhood were barking through the night, not the owners or hosts, but others. We would stay there again if the bed wasn't so hard.
