You’ll find individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities. An underground parking garage is available for both buildings, with one parking space per apartment. From this garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive with or without a car). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper apartments can only be reached by stairs. It is approximately a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. Inside the building, the washer and dryer are available for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
