Second time here as we live the house and we can bring out pets. Host is so responsive. Love it and the weather was awesome.

The house was perfect for our needs with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 1-story. The outdoor space was lovely with a porch swing and other relaxing spaces with lake views. We did our own cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. We went to Canton Trade Days, which was about 30 minutes drive. And other activities on subsequent days that were within 15 minutes each. So overall a convenient location.

The house has great potential: large, good location, on the water, nice layout, big backyard… but it feels unloved and neglected. We watched baseball in the evenings and appreciated the satellite tv. The linens were fine. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans but lacked sufficient dishes, cups, glasses, and cutlery for serving. For the price, it needs some investment from the owners. For example, the paint is peeling on the ceiling of the second bath and the shower faucet diverts half the water pressure to the tub faucet. It’s not at the typical standard we’re used to with vacation rentals.
