Whangarei Heads is known for it's abundance of breathtaking walks, we're also just a few minutes off the official route of the Te Araroa trail. Not forgetting Mt. Manaia which is listed as one of the 10 Best Walks of New Zealand, you can look down on your accommodation from one of the lookouts.
And with Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands just over an hour away you will not run out of things to do and see.
