The living-dining room has a smart TV and a balcony and, as for bedrooms, there are two, one with a double bed and the other with two 105 cm beds, a shared bathroom, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the property.
In addition, the house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The house is located in the mythical Mentidero neighbourhood, a residential area of the old town where, despite being close to many points of interest of the city, you will not lose peace and quiet when it comes to rest. Nearby you can easily find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as cultural and historical points of interest such as the Reina Sofía Cultural Centre (200m), the Baluarte de Candelaria (200m), the Genovés Park (150m), the Alameda promenade (500m), the Gran Teatro Falla (300m) or the Aramburu Palace House (250m).

Property was well located and clean. Some difficulty entering the garage due to cement blocks in front of driveway causing inaccessibility for our vehicle.

Bien ubicado, vecindario tranquilo.
La casa es cómoda y confortable. Solo mejoraría los colchones de la habitación de dos camas, que no son de la misma calidad que el de matrimonio.

Un apartamento cómodo y muy limpio en el centro de Cadiz, muy tranquilo, ningún ruido, Parking incluido en el mismo edificio al que se accede por el ascensor. El personal de la agencia muy amable, olvidé algo en el apartamento y me lo enviaron a casa.
En la cocina faltan sartenes y cacerolas aptas para cocina vítrocerámica.
