The fully fenced backyard and large grassy park with basketball court across the street from the home makes it perfect for kids or dogs. This home is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood but located minutes away from St. Luke's Nampa Hospital, the Treasure Valley Marketplace with lots of shopping and restaurant options, and Edwards Cinemas.

Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.
