It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally, children's area, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 2 Televisions (1 Smart TV), iron, hairdryer.
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not allowed
-Temporary rental minimum 11 nights.

I stayed here last October so I knew it was a good apartment.
It had everything that I needed for my stay.
Great location also.
And Benidorm Booking were great hosts as always.
That's why I always choose to book with them.
I can't fault them.
The shower was leaking a bit which I informed them about.
I think the apartment could do with a touch up regarding the paint.
The neighbours next door were noisy, though this is no fault of Benidorm Booking.

Very clean & fresh appartment with a great view , plenty of towels & bedding, all kitchen appliances were there for u ! Everything was cattered for a wonderful stay, will certanly recommend it to all my friends !...

Loved this apartment.
Had everything I needed for my stay, well equipped.
Great views and location.
The Benidorm Booking staff friendly and helpful as always.
It could do with a better ironing board, and an oven.
Only had a hob and microwave, so I was restricted with what I could cook.
Other than that, it was ideal.
