Cute little bungalow with plenty of space. Very clean. Very quiet neighbourhood. Reasonable and simple house rules. 15 to 20 min drive to S train and Link transit to get to downtown Seattle.

The house was really cute with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the spacious areas and big back yard looks like it’ll be fun for croquet etc when the weather is nice! We chose the house due to its proximity to family but the area is a quiet neighborhood close to grocery store & gas stations. Also location makes it fairly easy to choose an adventure - quick drive to Tacoma, Snoqualmie was fun, and of course the market in Seattle.

The house was so accommodating and perfect for my families get together. I would reccomend this house again and again!

We were disappointed that there was no air conditioning. It was extremely uncomfortable with indoor temperatures in the mid 80's. The tower fan which we discovered in the front closet did not bring down the overall temperature in the house. The house was clean and overall comfortable for 4 adults.
