Before the war, this address was home to a well-known café and the popular Hotel Jester; in the postwar period, it housed the Katowiczanka Sanatorium. Today, there is a pharmacy on the first floor.
The building has an elevator and a small bike rack.
The building has four stories. The elevator goes up to the third floor; to reach the fourth floor, you must use the stairs.



Studio Fala (ZE35):

The studio apartment (32 m² with sloped ceilings) is located on the 4th floor (top floor) of a building equipped with an elevator. The elevator goes up to the third floor; to reach the apartment, you’ll need to take the stairs for the remaining one floor. It consists of a single room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Guests have access to two single beds—located along the sloped walls—with mattresses (90x200 cm) and a fold-out sofa (140x190 cm when unfolded). The apartment also features a dining table with 3 chairs, a coffee table, a dresser, a TV, a small wardrobe, and air conditioning. The skylights in the room are equipped with blinds and face southeast, while the bathroom window faces west. Wi-Fi is available. Parking is not guaranteed. You can park your car on the street for a fee (paid parking zone year-round). A secure, paid parking lot is located about 350 meters from the apartment. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
