This charming Menorcan country house is located in a rural setting and is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends who want to spend a few peaceful and relaxing days in the countryside while enjoying complete privacy.
The outdoor spaces invite you to take a stroll, host al fresco dinners, or simply relax under the starry sky.
The single-story house, built in traditional Menorcan style, features:
- 4 spacious bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans: 2 with double beds and 2 with the option of a double bed or separate single beds.
- 2 full bathrooms, including one en suite in the master bedroom.
- A fully equipped rustic-style kitchen, open to the dining room and connected to the outdoor terrace.
- A comfortable, cozy, and spacious living room, equipped with a ceiling fan and connected to the porch and outdoor terrace.
- Laundry room equipped with 1 washing machine, 1 iron with ironing board, and direct access to the clothesline at the back of the house.
- Outdoor porch offering views of the garden and pool, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or relaxing.
- Private pool equipped with lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and an outdoor shower.

Amazing house to go with family or group of friends. Very nicely located, 5min drive from Ciutadella. Fernando was a great host and was always available to help
