The “U MIO PAESE” residence consists of 14 apartments available for summer rentals, ensuring a high level of comfort and quality accommodations. This 46-square-meter one-bedroom apartment is rated 3 stars.
With a large swimming pool (11x6 meters) in front of the apartment, you can reach the beaches and the town center of Saint-Florent in 5 minutes by car.
The microclimate of the Saint-Florent golf course guarantees optimal sunshine from April through October.
Special attention has been paid to the amenities and decor to make your stay as pleasant as possible (160x200 bedding, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric blinds and shutters).
Housekeeping and linens: sheets and towels are included.
Baby kit provided: high chair, crib, sheets, baby bathtub.
Electric vehicle charging station.
Pets allowed with the owner’s permission.
Rentals run Saturday to Saturday, but check-in or check-out on Sunday is possible depending on availability.
Check-in on Saturday from 6:00 PM; direct access as soon as the apartment has been cleaned. Early check-in is possible to enjoy the pool.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The grounds and pool were also well maintained and never too busy. There was a large supermarket and a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the property. We especially enjoyed visiting the town of St Florent which was about a five minute drive away. The beach at St.Florent was also our favourite.
