This spacious two bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris. Only a few minutes from the Opera Garnier, the lively neighborhood of le Marais, the Louvre, and the Seine. Also close to all other touristic places like the Eiffel tower or Montemarte, either by walking or by metro. My wife, daughter, and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was everything we hoped for-a charming, authentic Parisian apartment that made us feel like we were truly living in Paris rather than just visiting. It was comfortable, well-maintained, air-conditioned, and a perfect home base for exploring the city.The neighborhood was one of our favorite parts of the experience. It was filled with wonderful cafés, shops, and restaurants, and we loved simply walking the streets and soaking up the atmosphere. We felt at home almost immediately and looked forward to returning to the apartment after each day of sightseeing.Nicolas and Jacqueline were exceptional. They were incredibly responsive before and during our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. They also welcomed us with a thoughtful bottle of wine and some snacks, which was such a kind gesture after a long day of travel.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This apartment perfectly captures the charm of Paris, and the outstanding hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Paris experience.

Nicolas and Jacqueline were the perfect hosts - the perfect mix of communicative and resourceful but not overbearing. The apartment is in a wonderful location, with easy walkability to many top sights, metros, and shops.
