The room was great - just as advertised - and it was a great location within the building (toward the end of the floor and quiet). Kenny was extremely nice and helpful when we had a small issue and was quick to respond.

Ocean view and pool area were great. Floors and walls were not clean. Dishwasher and dryer have to run twice to get the dishes clean and clothes dry.
