Great house. Clean. Very beautiful setting on an extra wide canal. We rented a boat for the week and had lots of fun on the water then came home and enjoyed the pool and played cards in lanai area. The fridge froze up and they had a service man out the next morning. We had an awesome visit in Cape Coral.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Poinciana! The house was great, the weather was beautiful, and the kids loved the pool! Roelen's Vacations was so accommodating during our reservation process and keeps great rental homes, would definitely recommend. It was our first time in Florida, let alone out of the Midwest and all was amazing!
