The property location is perfect. Its quiet and right next to the river. Makes for a quiet evening on the back deck. The host was nice enough to get us ice as there was no way to make ice in the freezer. We couldn't figure out how to lock the front door so we just went out the back when leaving. Other then that we never got leave instructions so we did what was normal.

Awesome stay! Right on the river and still close to boat ramp and town of Branford. Mr Clyde was very nice and made sure to make us feel very welcome! Hoping to stay again soon

We loved our stay here! The place was super spacious and had an absolutely amazing view. It was really close to Little River, which was so convenient. The owner was great with communication and made everything smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

Sulfur smell strongFridge was broken food didn’t keep only in the freezer using it as a fridge No extra towels not many linens on hand Owner had great communication and insured us a small refund for the fridge incident Overall it wasn’t horrible for what time we were there and what we had planned
