Porti Aphrodite 3 is part of the Porti Villas complex, built on a private land of 4,000m2 and one of the seven villas. Porti Aphrodite 1 and Porto Aphrodite 3 are the only two villas that offer privacy on the complex.?Porti Aphrodite 3 with contemporary design, fully equipped & private pool awaits to offer you moments of relaxation & make your stay in Crete magical and unforgettable.
The 186m2 villa is spread throughout two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. Located in the picturesque village of Asomatos near the famous holiday resort area of Plakias and near many crystal clear south coast beaches. The Villa makes a great choice for guests who cherish fine quality while being close to the beach. The site is perfect for a large family holiday or a group of friends.
Porti Aphrodite 3 is an eco-friendly villa as it is equipped with solar panels that produce clean energy from sunlight to meet much of the homes energy requirements.
Layout
Ground Floor?
The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen, and indoor dining area. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55 Smart HDTV with Netflix App, a Bluetooth speaker, and a coffee table. Next to the living room, youll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday.
The ground level features a bedroom with a queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and washing machine, air conditioning, 43" TV, a closet, and direct access to the pool area. Finally, there is a WC on the ground level.
First Floor
The first floor features three bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with double sink and stand standalone shower, air conditioning, 43" TV, open closet, and a private balcony with mountain views.
- Bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 43" TV, and a closet
- Bedroom with two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 43" TV, open closet, and a private balcony with mountain view.
Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company "NEF NEF" and anatomical mattresses of "COCOMAT" made of 100% natural materials. In the bathrooms, you will find personal hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, while in the bedrooms, there are sheets, duvets, blankets, and bathrobes.
Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically, the outdoor facilities include:
- ? private 61m2 swimming pool (1,40m depth) with a shallower childrens section. The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one weeks advance notice.)
The pool terrace is equipped with eight sun beds, 2 sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

My family loved this villa and we had a lot of fun staying there for a week at the start if September - it was really well equipped, spacious, immaculately clean, a huge pool cleaned every day, comfortable beds, generous towels replaced mid stay, excellent showers, stunning location and lovely owners who couldn't do enough in recommending local places and sorting out the small things in the villa - even down to leaving us a new pack of playing cards. We were so impressed. Nothing was too much trouble. If the only teeny tiny niggles were the lack of a bread knife and somewhere to dry laundry, then that is pretty good! The views are stunning from every angle at all times of day - the photos don't do it justice. Open up those morning shutters from your bed and just look and look. We loved being away from the bustle of Plakias and having some peace and quiet but also being within a 15 minute drive of the town (a super place to go) , a lovely bakery, a vintage clothes shop which our teenagers loved, nearby snorkelling beaches, great restaurants, a monastery, a gorge walk and more. We've stayed in a lot of places and this rates highly on my "we must go back there" list.

Everything was perfect. We were a family of 7 staying here and it was exactly what we needed. All staff that we encountered were so helpful and kind. Beds very comfy and whole house and outdoor area very clean. Only 10 mins to plasmas which is full of lovely beaches and amazing food. Would highly recommend.
