I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. It was perfect for what we needed. However, I would say the listing is a bit misleading. The pool, hot tub and fire pit are not actually at this unit. The property consists of four separate homes and the owner lives in the main home. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and gym are all on the main home's property and are shared. You are basically in their backyard. It was too cool to use the pool anyway, but we may have used the hot tub and fire pit had they been in our actual backyard. It felt odd to go next door, where the owner lives, to use those items, so we didn't. The house itself is great and they provide some nice extras as well. It's not huge and the bathrooms are tight and not super nice, but for what we needed, it worked totally fine.

Excellent house, the grounds where amazing, on the lake, quiet, what a wonderful house!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is stunning and has everything you need. Right on the lake with Kayaks to use. Gorgeous pool to enjoy. The home was very clean, spotless, stocked with all that you need. Perfect location to enjoy all Rototua has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful property with three holiday homes set in stunning grounds right on the lakeshore. The kids loved the gardens, basketball space, trampoline and fitness room and we loved the views and hot tubs.Only a short drive from the centre of Rotarua and the zorb and ziplining centre both of which we thoroughly enjoyed!
