**"We loved the location of this home. It has plenty of space for a large family. It has a beautiful pool area with a very nice secondary space for the rest of a family. The covered grill and picnic area was perfect. Pet friendly, that was such a blessing for us. The side walks along the street made enjoyable dog walks with lizards everywhere. Inside the house, it had a beautiful kitchen with all the necessities of home. Naps in the large vintage beds, after lunches, were refreshing. The electric vehicle cart was our favorite part for escaping the heat and humidity of midday. We absolutely enjoyed traveling along the scenic highway and visiting Tarpon and Miramar Beach. We used the ELV to visit beach front restaurants and check out the Little Free Libraries. We look forward to doing that again! The decks and chairs made wonderful quiet mornings as we watched the area wake to the day’s activities. It was a much needed break, so thank you from Tennessee."

The property even came with two propane tanks ready for the grill, which made cooking outside really easy. The pool was the perfect size once cleaned, and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver after a day at the beach. Overall, we had such a great stay and would definitely recommend this house! "

The first floor of this beautiful home boasts a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a tumbled marble backsplash. The dining room seats 8, with 4 additional barstools nearby.



The King Master suite offers a plush pillow-top mattress for a restful night, and French doors leading to a private balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun views with a cup of coffee. the Master boasts a tiled shower and a tiled jacuzzi tub. 



The top floor features the "Seashell Room," which includes a queen bed, a private balcony, and access to a shared common area bathroom. Beach Towels: Rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.



Beach Service: This home will feature 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily from 9-5, March 1st through October 31st! *Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.*



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



WHAT ELSE TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

* This property can park FOUR vehicles, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**

* Weddings/Events -Weddings and events require county permits, prior approval from Beach Reunion, and a $250.00 event fee.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

* PETS: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
