There are also establishments on the ground floor like a convenience store (7-Eleven), a coffee shop, a bakery, a laundromat, and a restaurant.
Street parking is free of charge, although limited. Nevertheless, you can use two (2) pay parking lots on both sides of the property. You may also opt to park in the Southwoods Mall basement, just across Holland Park - same rate at only PHP 20 for the first 12 hours!
