The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a flat-top range, or take things outside and fire up the grill for alfresco dining in the backyard. Or, hop on the free island trolley just a block away and explore all the island has to offer.

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

My first adventure to Anna Maria Island and the accommodations could not have been cleaner or more convenient. The place was quite nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice coastal touch with the “pink chickens” hiding in the all the corners!😂.
The crew at beach Boutique were very responsive and interested in making my adventure top notch.

Despite a few complications at the beginning of our stay due to hurricane Ian, we enjoyed our stay so much! The Beach Boutique rental group provided us a comparable home to use until power was restored to Pink Chicken. The cleanliness of the home, the perfect pool, comfortable beds, and convenient location for restaurants and the beach made for a relaxing vacation.. We'll certainly miss The Pink Chicken as we head North again.

The property set-up was private, with a beautiful pool and gorgeous landscaping! The house was very clean and accomodating; there was also a bottle of wine with a welcome note when we arrived! Excellent hosts and communication. We will definitely stay here again!
