The house is a standalone two-story structure located within the courtyard of a stately building, making it one of a kind.
Upstairs, which is accessed from the main entrance, you will find a cozy living room connected directly to the bedroom.
The lower floor, reached via a solid staircase, features a bathroom with a shower stall and a large communal area that includes a kitchen and an additional relaxation corner under the stairs with access to the back.
The living room, the main relaxation area of the house, is equipped with a coffered sofa bed, where you’ll find everything you need for the night, as well as a 40" smart TV with free Netflix and Prime Video.
The living room leads directly to the bedroom, whose privacy is ensured by a sliding door.
Downstairs, you’ll find the bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a full set of amenities.
A spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, including a two-burner induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, and an extendable table where you can enjoy dinner with friends.
Furthermore, under the stairs there is an additional relaxation area with a second sofa bed, which offers easy access to the outdoor smoking area through the second private entrance located at the back of the house—an entrance that directly overlooks the picturesque garden, lush with vegetation.

Very quaint and pleasant apartment. Easy access and nice finishes. Perfect for 2 or 3 guests, excellent location for convenience and easy to get to the train station. Great communication with host.

I’ve said enough, but it was disappointing. They claimed to have an outside area and don’t it’s just the outside hallway to the place. The beds are a fold out couch and something just slightly bigger than a twin bed.
