ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).
Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.
Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.
Food Delivery:
For food deliveries, Shipt dot com will deliver to the property.
Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking is allowed on the property. A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
Parties and Events:
No parties or events are permitted.
Wi-Fi Disclaimer: Occasionally, Wi-Fi issues may arise due to service provider problems. We are not liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections.
Note: Laundry area is under CCTV surveillance to ensure security, deter theft, and promote responsible use.

I was honestly nervous when I booked this place due to the location. However, the apartment community was super friendly, and the inside of the apartment was actually very nice. Everything was pretty clean, and it was pretty quiet for the duration of our stay. You cannot beat the price as well. Definitely recommend if you need a well priced short term rental. I do wish the apartment had a can opener and like a small microwave, but for the price I really can’t complain.
