Such an incredible stay! Very clean and accommodating property for families. My kids loved fishing, swimming, and running to play all right in the back yard.

Great stay. Check in/out process was very simple. Property is well located with all the amenities needed for a fun trip on the lake.

Some of these items listed below are serious and can be harmful.Living Room-Can’t run fan and light at the same time. Remote for fan wasn’t working. Sofas need to be vacuumed. Crumbs were found and could have a bug infestation. Lamps would be a great addition.Kitchen-Stove all burners need to be replaced. Two of the burners don’t work. Sink leaks from the pipes in the cabinet.Bathrooms-Both showers need non slip/ grippers installed on floors. Both showers drain very slowly. Bedroom-Third bedroom a/c was dirty and noisy when running. Futon bed is uncomfortable. Bar in the middle of the bed and short for an adult.Exterior-Porches need to be pressure washed. One deck over the water is completely rotten. My brother was retrieving a fishing bait caught on the deck. He was walking ever so careful and one of his legs fell through the deck. No signs were displayed saying “Danger Keep Out”. Covered deck needs to be pressure washed. Couldn’t park our boats by the docks due to a pontoon boat parked by one of the docks..Need more wash cloths, hand towels, bath towels and kitchen towels. No place to hang our clothes.More garbage bags.I informed the host of all these items as the situation came up. He replied very quickly.
