It is located between the Old Port and the new Port de Plaisance. Both are accessible directly on foot in less than 5 minutes.

The 45m² living room is widely open to the sea with a 5-meter bay; equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 people, 6-seater lounge with 160cm LED TV and Bose home cinema. WIRELESS.
The living room is also open to the maximum on a 25m² furnished terrace;
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms, Italian shower 120 * 90; 160 * 200 bed with quality bedding. Possibility to separate a 160 bed into 2 * 80.
Entrance hall, WC and storeroom.
A deposit of 1500 euros will be requested on arrival uncashed when handing over the keys by check for French or in cash for foreigners.

Thank you Mickael letting us stay in your lovely house.
There are many things to see and do in the area.
We particularly enjoyed the boat trips to Ile de Batz and the Chateau du Taureau, and going to the lovely beaches around this area espacially the nearest behind the Botanic Gardens.
Really enjoyed our holiday !

We stayed in Mickaels lovely house in Roscoff lots to see and do,the pretty town centre is near the house, lovely beaches very near close by and it is easy to explore around the area by car.
