This 870 square foot bungalow is located on one of the finest historic streets in Prescott, just a moments' walk to the downtown square. With care in every detail, this newly renovated home still has the nostalgic character of the old but with brand new features. Beautiful hard wood floors, intricate tile work, top end appliances, quartz counters and an open spacious floor-plan. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch and dine al fresco on the back patio. There was plenty of parking in the back. Located in a charming neighborhood and very close to the downtown shopping and restaurants. Extremely clean and comfortable. The owner quickly answered questions we had.

We came for the annual Christmas parade. Only about a 10 min walk or so to the square. The place was incredibly clean and so cute. The host was very accommodating to a request we had. We would stay again!
