When your not soaking up the sun on the beach, relax in the open concept home with custom coastal finishes. Every room is equipped with a large smart TV and 1gig internet speeds. Spacious backyard with a privacy fence, grill, and outdoor furniture. Pets welcome!

The property provided everything we needed. Very convenient to the beach.

Great stay with our college daughter and dog. Host thought of everything - wagon, beach cabana, beach chairs, frisbee, and a fully stocked kitchen. The fenced yard was great for our dog, and we enjoyed the fire pit on cool evenings. The cottage is a super short walk to the beach and one block down is the Burkes Beach access that has a bathroom and dog wash/shower stations. Great area. You can rent the up or downstairs (each is its own unit) or the whole house together. We will definitely be back. Host was fantastic at answering questions and communicating.

Enjoyed our weekend away, especially the ability to travel with our dogs. Great location and nice dog friendly rental with everything we needed. Wonderful host as well.

Ideal location. Cute neighborhood to walk, jog, bike. Beach is super close. You can hear the waves-loved waking up to catch sunrise. Beds sleep great. Kitchen is stocked and loved the screened porch-you can hear the waves on the screened porch.
