We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect—close to shopping, the beach, Broadway at the Beach, and everything else we wanted to do.The condo is thoughtfully laid out with two bedrooms & two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and a connected bathroom that can also be accessed from the main living area. The washer and dryer are located in that bathroom, which was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. We also noticed there was an air mattress stored in the master bedroom closet, which is a nice bonus for larger groups. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the balcony. I enjoyed sitting out there every morning with a cup of coffee—it was the perfect way to start each day.I had to message the host a couple of times during our stay, and every response came back quickly. The issues weren't the host's fault at all. Pest control came by and the elevator was temporarily out of service, but it was repaired within the same day.I would absolutely recommend this property & would happily stay here again!A couple of things to note: If you're someone who likes using more than one towel during your stay or prefers a fresh washcloth for every shower, you may want to bring a few extras. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely give this property a 100% recommendation!

The property was very spacious and beautiful. The only issue was the dryer, it took multiple cycles to dry laundry but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Large condo with lots of room. Only negative is lack of kitchen utensils. Will probably stay again. Dwayne was very responsive to questions.

The location, cleanliness and overall size of this villa is excellent. Very nice decor. However, we found the queen bed very soft.....very uncomfortable. Also, the kitchen supplies need to be updated......stainless steel utensils, “glass” glasses rather than plastic, can opener, corkscrew, etc. With a few minor upgrades, this could be an exceptional villa.
