O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Location, location, location! One of the best examples of a 1 bedroom property in York we've seen. Set right on High Petergate you can almost reach out and touch York Minster and you couldn't be better placed for anything you could possibly wish to see or do in York.
Converted from the old Monkey Puzzle jewellery shop, the property has undergone a full transformation whilst keeping some fascinating original features and making for a real quirky weekend hideaway.
On entering the property from the private door on street you walk into the open plan lounge kitchen and dining space. You will be immediately struck by the attention to detail in the furnishing and the striking features of the building including the original remnants of the brick fireplace and beam. The kitchen is hidden behind what appear to be fitted cupboards but open up to reveal a well stocked space with everything you'll need for your break.
The downstairs area also houses the bathroom with a large walk in shower.
There's great opportunity for people watching and taking in the comings and goings of the city from either the window downstairs or in the bedroom window upstairs where you can relax with a coffee and watch the world go by. The bedroom also has a king size bed and wall mounted TV.
A really unique property that offers something just a little bit different. Don't miss it!

Amazing location. Parking was a significant problem but the staff at York Stays was helpful. Highly recommended!

Third stay in this stunning house.A true piece of history with the most amazing views of The Minster from the large sash window on the second floor.
Very roomy accommodation with comfortable seating on both floors.Cute kitchen with everything you will need.Large shower cubicle with on demand hot water.Large radiators and under floor heating.
Central location with the heart of York on the doorstep.

Lovely hidden little gem stones throw from the cathedral, and with a wine bar next door and selection of pubs on same street what more can you want :) Well set up if want to make simple meals at home with the hob and microwave. The shower I admit was a troublesome beast to master and not best in the world but did the job. The only thing to bear in mind is with the parking and loading and unloading the car. Closest long stay car park Marygate car park a 10 minute walk and so a cost to bear in mind. York was so easy to get around and not far to walk to key areas such as the Shambles, with really good selection of restaurants.

Quirky but well thought out property in center of York.
Stay spoilt by no hot water and no heating. Calls and text to support number not returned. Internet TV didn't work. Staff in office unresponsive.
