It is lively and many entertainment options in the area are available by foot or a short Uber ride. It is generally safe to walk to places in the area along with many other residents and tourists.

Location was great and amenities were as described. The only drawback were the roosters in the neighborhood who woke us up bright and early, very very early, every morning. We went out and purchased ear plugs, though even these were insufficient.

Great for a short, low-budget visit. Very close to Condado beach, and a short uber ride from Old San Juan. The space is small but very nice. Perfect for 2 people. I will mention that there are a lot of roosters crowing outside (sometimes in the middle of the night). Good to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper, but it was by no means a huge problem for us. Overall I totally recommend!
