Welcome to Nemi Eco Villa — a one-of-a-kind 6-bedroom luxury retreat with panoramic ocean views overlooking Puerto Vallarta. Thoughtfully designed using upcycled shipping containers, the villa blends striking modern architecture with the natural beauty of Mexico's Pacific coastline. Each guest suite features its own private terrace and plunge pool, offering the perfect balance of privacy and shared experience for groups traveling together. The villa has 7 pools — a private plunge pool at every suite, plus our 40-ft main natural pool — and a dedicated spa room. Expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, tropical surroundings, and stunning sunset views create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and relaxed.
Your stay includes a fully staffed hospitality experience designed to be effortless from arrival to departure. The villa includes a private chef, bartender, daily housekeeping service, and a dedicated concierge available to coordinate everything from airport transportation and excursions to spa treatments, yacht charters, restaurant reservations, and grocery stocking. Daily breakfast and lunch service are included with your stay. Optional private dinner service is available for an additional fee.
Nemi was intentionally created as a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy meaningful time together. Whether you're gathering with family, celebrating with friends, or hosting a retreat, the villa offers a private luxury experience unlike anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta.
Good to know — fees & what's included: A cleaning fee of $250 applies per stay. Our staff works hard to make your stay seamless; a daily staff gratuity applies based on group size (1–3 guests $75/day, 4–6 guests $100/day, 7–9 guests $150/day, 10–12 guests $180/day). Breakfast and lunch are included daily, prepared by your private chef (breakfast typically ready by 8:00 AM), and we pre-stock the kitchen before you arrive — a shopping/service fee of 2,000 MXN applies; groceries and alcohol are simply reimbursed at cost. Dinner service is available on request ($100 per dinner for 1–8 guests, $150 for 9–12 guests; service begins by 7:30 PM). Please note our staff is unavailable on Sundays and Mexican federal holidays unless arranged in writing in advance.

Our group of 11 guys loved this place. The space itself was unique, offering communal areas and private casita bedrooms spread out over the property.The standout feature of our experience was the food - each meal made from the chef was spectacular. We would love to stay here again on our next trip. Thanks for a great experience

Our experience at this villa was nothing short of incredible. The shipping container design is so unique and stylish, but what truly made the trip was the staff. Our host was exceptionally attentive, constantly checking in to ensure every detail was perfect.The Highlights:The Food: You must ask Chef Carlos for his French toast—it is genuinely the best I have ever tasted! Every meal he prepared was delicious.The Drinks: Gabriel, the bartender, is a master at his craft. His margaritas and piñas coladas were the perfect poolside companions.The Nature: The villa itself is one-of-a-kind, and the shipping container vibe gave the whole place such a modern, fun look. We also loved the evening visits from the local Coatis roaming around—it added such a cool, tropical touch to the stay.I can't recommend this place enough!

What an amazing villa/experience. Everyone in our group had such a marvellous amazing time that the general consensus what was a very special place and the trip of a lifetime highly recommend it.

This home makes you feel like you are in your own personal hotel. The rooms are private, out door showers, private plunge pools, incredible views. The main pool area was perfect for lounging, drinking and eating. Gabriel and Carlos kept the food and drinks flowing, and Tushar was there for anything else we needed. It was a great weekend!
