The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the breathtaking, iconic caldera views. Waking up each morning to that scenery was unforgettable, and if your priority is the view, this villa certainly delivers.There are a few things prospective guests should know before booking. Although we were traveling as a family and expected to share one villa, one of the bedrooms is completely separate from the main living area, which may not be ideal for families with young children or anyone wanting everyone under one roof.Access to the villa can also be challenging. The stairs leading to the main living area are very narrow and steep, making it difficult to carry luggage. In addition, there are many stairs along the path to reach the property, so guests with mobility concerns should keep this in mind.The pool area offered beautiful views, but there were quite a few stray cats around the property, and unfortunately they often left messes near the pool. The property could also benefit from better pest control, as insects were noticeable during our stay.The villa is not within easy walking distance of shopping or many restaurants, so transportation is necessary. The property management was excellent at arranging transfers, which made getting around easy, but expect to spend approximately 30–40 each way for transportation.Overall, the incredible caldera views are what make this property special. We enjoyed our stay, but for our next visit to Santorini, we would choose Oia.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The property was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for our getaway. The views are stunning and endless. What truly made out experience exceptional were the hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. They were in communication with us throughout our stay providing us with all our needs. It's clear that the hosts genuinely care about the guest and take pride in creating an exceptional stay. The extra touches and outstanding hospitality made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation. The location is perfect, not too crowded or busy but close to all you need.
