In April 2025, we added two king size beds, one in the front bedroom downstairs that used to have two twin beds and one in the upstairs master (pictures will be updated soon).
We have just finished updating/renovating/remodeling this house in 2024. All new bathrooms downstairs (3), new flooring upstairs, new deck, updated outside shower, new artwork. Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany, this gated community offers oceanfront and oceanside multilevel vacation homes with easy access to a private beach. Enjoy a game of tennis or soak up the sun on the deck. Conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach where you can enjoy casual or fine dining, boardwalk activities or shopping. No Pets Please.

Level two has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room, living, dining, kitchen area and large oceanfront deck on the front and entry deck. Level three has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
June 1 - September 15 require a 7 night minimum. Check in and check out on Fridays (except for this August). If you would like to book for less than 7 nights outside of these dates, please send a message with the dates you would like to book.

This was a wonderful oceanfront property enjoyed by all members of our family. Furniture was clean and stylish, the layout was perfect, and those views! Communication was top-notch. The only problem was we were about to grill something and the propane was out from heavy use. It would have been nice if there was a back-up propane tank -- oh wait, there was! A quick text and I was guided to it and we were back in business. Five star service. Highly recommend, but not for the Fourth of July...because we might just rent it again!

Beautiful, comfortable, well appointed home right on the beach. It had everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation!

Our stay was amazing! The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and everything was very clean. Had beautiful views from the inside and on the spacious deck. Lots of space for a big group, perfect for a fun Bethany getaway. The host was awesome and super responsive.
