We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this condo again.Barrett and Eddie were fantastic hosts—responsive, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.The condo is beautiful, with breathtaking views and a peaceful, quiet setting that’s perfect for relaxing while still being conveniently located - I enjoyed my coffee out on the patio listening to the birds every morning! We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing.Everything was thoughtfully stocked, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy, inviting décor, making it feel like a true home away from home. This was one of our favorite vacation rentals, and we highly recommend it. My husband actually said this was his favorite spot to stay and we’ve stayed in dozens of rentals in Mammoth over the years. We can’t wait to return!P.S. I notice another review mentions lights, humming and garage motors and we didn’t notice any of that. Slept great!

If you're looking for a place that offers the perfect spot to relax after a day of outdoor activities, then look no further. Walking in, it feels more like a home than a rental space. Everything was very clean, including both large bathrooms. It was quiet no matter what time of day, and the fireplace brought even more comfort to our evenings. Nothing was more than a 5 min drive into town, and all the lakes and trails were 15 min or less. Garage parking was a huge plus and we felt very safe leaving our car there overnight. The owners even gave us a huge list of places to eat and outdoor activities to check out. We had no complaints and will absolutely be back soon.

Property is very nice and good location— it’s dated and needs some updates, new mattress and linens and window coverings for sure. But being in Mammoth is always the best.
