The bedroom is spacious and cozy, and both rooms offer stunning views of the Metropol Parasol, popularly known as ‘Las Setas.’
The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with top-quality fixtures, thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment also includes cable TV for your entertainment.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Very nice, clean and secure apartment on 7th floor with great views. Communication throughout was excellent, quick responses and very helpful. Check in was spot on, nothing not to like about our stay.

Our stay was wonderful! Great location of the apartment. Our host was great, once we connected with her. We very much enjoyed the help from Alejandra in securing reservations and sharing ideas what attractions to see. She was excellent and seemed to be always available. The apartment was comfortable. The bed slept well. Apartment is close to Aldi, which was helpful. All was great.
